Airpass general rules

• Adult fare (over 12 years) and child (2 to 11 years), there is no Airfare Pass for infants.
• All Passes start and usually end to Tahiti or Moorea.
• Tahiti-Moorea or Moorea-Tahiti routes can be flown either on Air Moorea flights or Air Tahiti flights.
• There is no obligation to select an itinerary that covers all the islands of the Pass.
• All journeys must be reserved.
• The full Pass itinerary including Extension if any, should not exceed 28 days.

Pass including several islands (Archipelago's map)

• The islands of one archipelago must be visited before moving to another archipelago (eg islands of the Society archipelago must be visited before those of the Tuamotu archipelago).
• The islands within an archipelago can be visited in any order you want, subject to the flight schedule of Air Tahiti.

Stopover and transit in Tahiti

A stopover or a transit in Tahiti is not authorized within the Pass, except:

• for the Lagons Pass between Moorea and the islands of the Tuamotu Archipelago,
• for a Pass with Extension, between the Pass and the Extension,
a maximum of 24h of transit in Tahiti is allowed.

Stopover on an island other than Tahiti

• Only one stopover per island (stop of more than 24h) is authorized.
• A transit (stop of less than 24 hours) with a flight number change is considered as one stopover.
Exception: Bora Bora to Tikehau, Manihi, Fakarava or vice-versa, when a change of flight number occurs with a transit of less than 2 hours in Rangiroa, then it is possible to consider this stop as a transit whether than a stopover.

Extension(s)

• An extension must be purchased in conjunction with a Pass.

• Extensions must be made before or after a pass (not within the Pass).
• It is possible to purchase both extensions.
• A stop of 24 hours in Tahiti is allowed between the Pass and the extension.

Change, cancellation and refund conditions of Airpasses fares

Changes

• If the ticket has not been issued yet, changes and cancellations are allowed.

• Once the tickets have been issued, Airpasses can’t be modified.

Cancellation / Refund

• Once the ticket has been issued, if you wish to make a cancellation or ask for a refund of your Pass, before the departure, refund conditions apply.

• After the departure, Airpasses are non-refundable, even partially.

Ticketing (Travel agency)

• The total fare (all taxes and fuel surchage included) per person and the fare code must be manually input in the issuance mask as there is no automated pricing for the Pass.
• The A and M codes of Marquesas and Austral Extensions must be positioned after the Pass YDxxx fare code (eg YD230A).
• The full itinerary must be manually input in the "fare calculation" box.
• When there is a seasonality fare change, it is the departure date of the Pass that determines the fare level.
• After the International departure, Passes are neither changeable nor refundable, even partially. During the ticketing, indicate in the "Endorsement Box": "fare subject to conditions, non-changeable and non refundable after the international departure".
• Fares including all taxes and fuel surchage, Bora Bora shuttle boat transfer, airport taxes and VAT.
• There is no tour code to indicate
• The currency to use for ticketing is the XPF with a fare paid equivalent in your currency.
